After a vintage off due to low yields in 2019, everyone’s favorite orange wine has returned! Grown at the organic/dry-farmed Tres Hermanas Vineyard in eastern Santa Maria Valley, our Garnacha Blanca spends 14 days on the skins and ferments to dryness before being pressed to neutral wood. 8 months in barrel on undisturbed lees have refined its texture, but it still has a beautiful phenolic crunch to accompany its orange oil aromatics. It is unfined/unfiltered, with its sole addition being a 20ppm add of S02 at bottling. Hand bottled by gravity.
