From biodynamic grapes grown in rocky shale comes this delicious expression of Marsanne. Here it expresses all of its tropical and textural glory. Peach and honeysuckle flow through the nose, and once it hits the palate you get a sense of its waxy texture, rounded and honeyed. Aged for one year in neutral puncheon.
